Description 
The program focuses on interdisciplinary projects in biological, green, and materials chemistry and allows students to explore the graduate school experience at a top Chemistry program as full members of a research group. In addition to the focus on individual research projects, students participate in weekly career development seminars.
Qualifications 
· Undergraduate chemistry majors · Enrolled in 4-year U.S. Universities other than Texas A&M · Completed their second or third year by start of program · 3.0 GPA or better · Strong letters of recommendation. · Completed 2 semesters of general chemistry and laboratory and 2 semesters of organic chemistry and laboratory · Prefer completion of 2 upper level chemistry courses, which typically include any of the following: analytical, spectroscopy, instrumental analysis, advanced organic, physical chemistry, biochemistry.
