Description 
This program provides opportunities for undergraduates with backgrounds in physical science, engineering, and social science to work in interdisciplinary groups on a problem that reflects a complex, real-world situation related to atmospheric modeling and the use of weather and climate models, sensor development and evaluation, and remote sensing. It also will explore the inherent tradeoffs between environmental protection and economic growth.
Qualifications 
Be full-time undergraduate students at a college or university other than N.C. A&T during the academic year 2014-15. Have a GPA of 2.75 or better. Have a major in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) fields or the social sciences. Be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
