Description 
Students will be paired with faculty mentors to perform research. Three hours weekly are spent in a classroom, where faculty describe the physics behind projects. Students give updates on research to fellow researchers. Projects culminate in oral or poster presentations summarizing projects, and create webpages summarizing their experiences.
Qualifications 
Students who have completed a course in modern physics are eligible. US citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.*
