Harvard Forest Summer Research Program in Ecology

Description: Students participate in on-going research projects at Harvard Forest. Responsibilities may include field sampling, laboratory studies, data analysis and scientific writing. Students attend weekly seminars/workshops on ecosystem research, career planning, and graduate school preparation. At the end of the summer, students present their findings at a student research symposium.
Qualifications: All undergraduate students are encouraged to apply. Students from traditionally underrepresented groups and from community colleges are encouraged to apply. On line application includes a basic information form, 1 page personal essay, 2 letters of recommendation and a resume.
