Description: The REU program in Chemistry has two important focal points:
(1) research and the development of the research skills of our REU students through interactions with nationally and internationally recognized faculty and their groups, and (2) the educational development of our REU students as emerging professionals
Qualifications: chemistry major, preferably having completed their junior year of study; applications from underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged
