Description: This summer internship program matches qualified undergraduate students with scientists and researchers at the Magnet Lab's three sites (National High Magnetic Field Lab Tallahassee, FL, University of Florida Gainesville, FL and Los Alamos National Laboratory Los Alamos NM). The eight-week research experience offers unique opportunities to explore science at the extremes of magnetic field, pressure and temperature. Students explore contemporary science and engineering issues, working alongside some of the finest scientists, magnet designers and engineers in the world.
Qualifications: Must be an undergraduate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Engineering & must be a US citizen
