Description: Program provides intensive research experience in chemistry and
biology. A professional development workshop series includes the
graduate school application process, preparing and delivering an
effective presentation, scientific and research ethics. Social
activities include a trip to the beach and a tour of historic Savannah.
Housing and subsistence (two meals a day M-F) will be provided for students participating in Georgia Southern's REU program in Chemistry and Biology.
Qualifications: Students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. and have completed freshman, sophomore or junior years, no
minimum GPA. Applications from students who are LS AMP scholars are especially welcomed!
